Cannot add Prebuilt Layout to Page Builder

I have tried the usual uninstall of plugins as well as clearing my cache. Nothing I have tried worked. I want to download a prebuilt layout, and when I do, it goes through the process. When it is done though, the layout isn’t there. This is really frustrating and confusing. Someone please help me with my problem. Thanks!

    Thanks for letting us know about this issue. It appears to be a temporary issue with our layouts server. I’ll try to get it back up and running properly ASAP.
