I have tried the usual uninstall of plugins as well as clearing my cache. Nothing I have tried worked. I want to download a prebuilt layout, and when I do, it goes through the process. When it is done though, the layout isn’t there. This is really frustrating and confusing. Someone please help me with my problem. Thanks!
