Can not customize the theme.

This is the error I am getting:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Customize_Manager::add_panel() in /home/dch2o/public_html/wp-content/themes/vantage/premium/extras/customizer/customizer.php on line 405

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    Please, try going to Dashboard > Updates. Is there an update pending for the WordPress core? If so, run it.
