Hello and Thank you –
I can no longer edit anything on the page using Site Origin plugin- when activated all i see when i try to edit a page is:
Add Widget Add Row Layouts History Live Editor Addons Revert to Editor
Edit Row
Duplicate Row
Delete Row
Text
Edit Duplicate Delete
in blue as if i could select things, but i can’t. it just repeats like this.
Auto updates are turned on.
Is there a solution without having to rebuild my site?
I’ve tried different browsers and PC / Mac – so not a problem there.
Thank you again for your help.
Hi Ryan
Thanks for reaching out.
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
Thank you, I will try and work on that this weekend. I appreciate the reply.
I just deactivated all the plugins and that didn’t make any change – still can’t edit.
Thanks. Please, try extending the plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder and also switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen. Does the issue resolve in that state?
I am sorry i have not had the time to get this working. is anyone available on the weekends to help me out with this. I just want to be able to edit my site.
thank you
Hi Ryan
Barring a few exceptions, we offer support at the weekends. If you’d like us to log in and directly lend a hand, please, consider a SiteOrigin Premium license. We can move over to email support and assist directly. Alternatively, we’re available here on the forum to offer advice. The next step would be to check the browser console when the issue occurs, check for errors and diagnose from there.

I will purchase that this weekend. Thank you
Thanks, you can reach our premium helpdesk via email at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Chat then. Cheers.
