Can I put an image before the text on my posts?

I want my posts to have an image before the title like this one: http://collegeinfogeek.com/heath-padgett/

Is there any way to do that?

    Our standard blog layout places the post featured image before the title on both the archive and single post pages:

    You can adjust the size of the featured image on the archive pages from AppearanceTheme SettingsBlogFeatured Image Type.

    For layouts beyond the theme settings you might consider using a custom development service like Codeable.
