can anyone help me to make vantage menu collapse on small screen device

I am starter in world of WordPress am trying to build news websites I have seen vantage and I preferred it but question is its menu which isn’t responsive in free version I dont have way to buy premium version bcz of where I am, in Rwanda to get online electronic card its not easy, so if possible any one can tell me which kind of customer CSS needed to do that? thanks for advance*
