So when I was originally building this website for my parents, i didn’t want to have the phone number there yet, so i put in place holder text “Call me maybe” in the header to see what it would look like when I’m done. Now i can’t figure out how to get into the header to put in their phone number. can you guys help me?

Head over to Appearance > Theme Settings > Logo > Header Text.
You can also use Appearance > Widgets > Header and replace the header text with any widget/s. Up to you.
