Broken Post Page

I was creating a new post and decided to delete it. After deleting it, the post page came back broken. So now the title of the posts strings down the page instead of across and the whole Posts page is out of whack. Fortunately, it did not do anything to my site. Has anyone encountered this and what is the fix? I’ve already tried reinstalling WordPress to no avail.
