Blurry metaslider

By janiec, 9 years ago. Last reply by Magus, 9 years ago.

Hi,
I have a second metaslider inserted into a page (not home page) and it is very blurry. This only seems to have happened recently as I’m sure it was sharp last week.

The metaslider images are all the exact size as I want them to appear – 1080×265, and the metaslider appears perfectly when I save & preview it.

But when it is embedded in a page (either through Metaslider widget or text widget using Page Builder) it gets blurry:

The metaslider on my home page is fine…

Can you please help?

Thanks,
janie

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Janie

On your home page your images are linked directly through your site address

    http://www.thrivehealth.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/weightlossslider1-1652x464.png

On the second slider they are requested like this

This is most likely being caused by the photon plugin in jetpack. Please disable this and test. You may also need to re-add the images to the slider after doing this.

Let us know how you get on
