Blue lines appear between rows when using #pg-246-2 links

Hi.
I am building a website using pagebuilder and Sydney theme.

One of the pages needs to do “page jumps” between sections – rows. I will use different links in the menu to address the different rows or sections.
For instance http://hemedine.no/praktisktest/#pg-246-1, http://hemedine.no/praktisktest/#pg-246-1, http://hemedine.no/praktisktest/#pg-246-2 and so on..

My problem is that when using the above links I get blue lines after or around the row. However, when I refresh the page – the blue lines disappear..

I have already tried to use

.widget:before {
border: none !important;
}

in custom css, but my blue lines persists..

I appreciate any help.

Yours,
Thor Hauknes

    Hi Thor,

    This sounds like an outline issue instead of a border issue. Could you provide me with access so I can take a closer look?

    Hi.

    Update.
    I tried to put the above links into a submenu – and now it works.
    It seems like this happened only when I just changed the last character (1-5) in the url and hit enter..
    A browser issue of some kind.

    Anyway it seems to work now.

    Thank you anyway.

    Regards,
    Thor Hauknes
