    Hi Phil

    This is being caused the a plugin you are using called SEO Studio. To confirm this please disable this plugin and test.

    There is a conflict between the sites CSS and the CSS used by the plugin. Any fix provided will alter the page displays of the plugin.

    Okay let me test this out. Is there a way to change to CSS style Id to stop this issue?

    Hi Phillip

    You could try this in Appearance->Custom CSS

    article.post .entry-header, article.page .entry-header {
        display: block !important;
    }

    It’s the only option I can think of that may not break the plugin.

    Let us know how you get on
