    Hi Filip

There are a few possible causes of a blank Customize page. Does the issue persist if you temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin?

Hi! Thanks for answering. I’m a rookie with this so forgive me for asking but will the plugins work like they did before if I deactivate (and then activate) again?

They will. Keep in mind the goal is not simply to deactivate and reactivate. With all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated, we’re then looking for a working baseline in that state. I mention this because it’s a common misconception when doing this test. Thanks.

    Hi again.

I deactivated all plugins except siteorigin custom css but it was still a blank page… strange! Any other reason why this keep happening?

    Hi Filip

When the blank screen occurs, please, check for console errors. If found, screenshot and upload to imgur.com and send us the link.
