Trying to get Google, etc. to index my site: saintpatrickfw.com
Bing returns the following error:

Hi Paul
The heading of your site and the page title are both displayed in H1 tags. Search engines are smart enough to correctly identify which H1 tag is important.
But you are correct, this is something we should fix up. I’ll log this in our issue tracker and we’ll try get this fixed up for the next update.
So you don't feel that would cause problems with getting Google, etc. to index my site? Any ideas why I would be having a problem?
Hi Paul
Thanks for your feedback.
Multiple h1 tags on a page definitely wouldn’t prevent a search engine from indexing your site. The warning relates to best practices. Only something like malware or intentionally misleading SEO practices would cause a search engine to not index a site.
From Google’s side your site has been indexed. You can view pages that have been indexed using the following search.
