Big gaps between widgets

Hello, I’m experiencing with very big gaps between two widgets. I think that there is too big margin somewhere, but I don’t know where. Here is my page: www.cncmat.borec.cz. You can see it at home apge, where I have a picture on the top and under it is big gap and then second widget. Can you please help me, how to get rid of that gap? Thanks a lot!
