I’m afraid it’s hard to say. Could be that Mega Menu and Meta Slider aren’t working well together? To resolve you’d need to start from a working position and then re-activate plugins one at a time to find the problem. So de-activate plugins until everything is stable and try figure out which one in particular is clashing there.

    Thank you So Much Andrew.
I tried what you asked me and it was very useful, I figured out that problem was W3 Total Cache Plugin ,and thanks to this post http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-install-and-setup-w3-total-cache-for-beginners/ , I found that Hostgator wich is my host doesn’t recomand to check W3 Total Cache Minify , I unchecked it and the problem is resloved, it needed just a simple click :D
