Background image of row doesn’t scale in mobile when multiple rows

Hi,
I’ve noticed that when I add multiple rows on a page, the background images of those rows dont scale in mobile. They are distored or stretched out.

But when I remove some of the rows, then the background image looks fine on the remaining row.

I tested it:

This has been happening since the latest plugin update.

Please help!
