Background image for Page Builder row (Size is off)

I am attempting to insert a background image for rows in Page Builder. I’ve done this several times by editing the row and pasting the URL of the background image, and the 1366 pixel image always took up the entire screen.

One example: Near the bottom of the page at www.fllifehomes.com or the bottom of the page at www.flprobategroup.com.

I’m now designing the site http://www.oregonprobatehelp.com/ and I cannot get the background image width to expand to the entire screen.

How to do so?
