Background Image Display Drop Down Box is missing on Widget Styles Design

Hi, am new to Site Origin Page Builder and fairly new to building WordPress sites. I received Page Builder as part of my Church Builder theme through Organized Themes.

I am trying to figure out why there is no Background Image Display drop down box for my widgets. The box is there when I go to edit a row, but it is not there when editing a widget. Is there a setting somewhere that will activate it? Am I missing something?
