Really don’t get it, background color just ‘appeard’ when I changed some header colors… Can you please tell me how to get rid of this?

Your site is looking normal now. Are you still experiencing this problem? Background color can be managed from the Customizer at Appearance > Customizer, it’ll only appear though if you’re using the boxed layout version of the theme.
