Backend frozen sidebar

Hi!

We are experiencing a problem, sometimes after editing a page with page builder, the right sidebar gets frozen as on the screenshot attached and we can-t save our modification (update button isnt visible), only page reload helps and this way we loose the work done. Could you help us to find out what can cause this problem, any plugin in conflict?

    Hi Polina

    Thanks for posting your question. We’ve been able to occasionally recreate the issue but haven’t yet found the cause. For the moment, please, try using your keyboard to zoom out and then zoom back in, the problem should resolve. Using Windows that’ll be Ctrl minus or Ctrl plus and on Mac it’ll be CMD plus or CMD minus.
