automatic paragraphs adds unwanted br tag inside shortcode

Hi, I’m using the pagebuilder and the AGP Font Awesome Collection plugins. On my page I have a row with text and a button (created with a shortcode of the font awesome plugin). The siteorigin editor automatically adds paragraps, which is fine for the text, but it seems that the shortcode gets extra br tags aswell. How can I prevent this from happening? I’ve tried to disable the automatic paragraphs by unchecking that option and manually adding paragraphs to the text (tried p and br tags and &nspb;), but then the button shows fine but I can’t get any paragraph in my text.
