Hi! Site builder is a really nice plugin, but now I´m not sure if I can use it because of a problem with contact form.
I have a contact form in my post page for product questions. The title of the page (product name in this case) should follow with the form dynamically as hidden tag or something. Contact form 7 dose this, but not when its used true widget.
Is there any Contact form that you know could do the job together with Site Builder? Some of the premium themes??
I appreciate hugely any help and all ideas to help to find a solution.

I built several forms with SiteOrigins Page Builder, contact form and they worked fine until July 17th.
After that all the forms started to send only part of the data entered from all the forms and the subject line changed
to Contact Form, instead of the NAME entered in the forms.
Any help would be appreciated to get them working again.
