Thanks for running Page Builder. The animated widget unfortunately doesn’t have any settings to handle transition speed. If you’d like to suggest this please head over here: https://siteorigin.com/suggest-feature/.
For the moment I’d recommend seeking out another widget driven plugin that could perhaps handle this for you.
