Ampersand shows in a different font than used

Hallo,
I hope you can understand what I mean because I’m not a native English speaker. I’ve the Problem that the ampersand (&) always shows in a different font than I use for my website. I changed the font but the ampersand is still wrong and I don’t know what to do.
I hope you can help me
