Alternative to paypal

Hi guys,

I am using the vantage theme on my new website www.ghanafertilityexperts.com and I want to upgrade to vantage premium but on the payment screen where i need to setup paypal, my country Ghana is not on the list and it seems paypal is not operating in Ghana. Do you have another alternative for me to make the payment NOW? Visa works alright here.
