Align Max Megamenu with logo

I found a thread from almost 4 years ago that suggested the below

but this doesn’t work.

I would like the main menu to be in line with the logo and the secondary menu that is at very top of the page to be positioned in the centre of the strip of yellow and green lines.

Any ideas would be much appreciated, many thanks.
