After editing new or old content it becomes undentified

Hello,
I’ve been using the the plugin within the theme for the past few years. Last update was performed approx. 10 months ago. On the website the WP is updated to the latest version 5.5.3 as well as the plugins.
Now when I’m trying to make any changes or and an element, after the editing when I want to save it every field becomes undefined. It means that I can’t edit any current section because it will literally erase the data and the same happens with the new elements.
I’ve tried disabling plugins and switching to another theme and nothing helped, cleared the cache inside WP. Also, I’ve tried few plugins that might help me detect problem or conflict, but they didn’t identify any.
This is what I get in console, if related to the issue: custom.js:404 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘msie’ of undefined

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The Page Builder in your screencast, unfortunately, doesn’t appear to be Page Builder by SiteOrigin. Was it included with your theme? If so, you could perhaps try reaching out to the theme authors.
