Hello,
I do not like Meta slider and wanted to change it with another slider, but after I deactivated or removed Meta Slider plugin, suddenly writing “[metaslider id=84]” appeared under the menu (you can check the website). I cannot delete it now…
Could you advise me, how to delete it?
Thank you very much

Hi Matej,
Go to edit the page that the slide appeared on. Then remove the shortcode for the slider in the Text/Visual Editor.
Cheers!
Yes, i went into html editor in edit page, but that is the thing – there is no code there.
I mean no code with that writing [metaslider id=84]
have you tried to clear the sites cache

once installed, when you in your main dashboard area along the top bar you will see the word performance
hover over the word performance a drop down menu appears, select the word empty all cahces.
I see thank you … but I tried it and it is still there …
have you changed the selection in the themes settings ?
appearance / theme settings / home
homepage slider set option to none and save
Yes James, I did in the past.
I had it on “none” so I tried to switched it to Demo slider and then to none again and it IS working now!
Thank you very much man, I really appreciate your help and your time
Have a great day :-)
