after an update

After an update all my clients information and categories disappeared as if there are no info or work done at all. What can be the problem?

    Thanks for your upgrade.

    The Vantage upgrade replaces only theme files, no database information is altered. As long as theme files haven’t been modified at a code level there shouldn’t be any loss of content or styling.

    Were theme files perhaps modified at a code level?

    I ran into the same thing.

    The client went in and updated Page Builder, and all the page templates and data dissapeared!

      Please open a new thread and I’ll jump in there.

      (We do have this very edge case where clients are running the Vantage theme (same name) by AppThemes and then update that theme to our Vantage theme, this causes a fixable loss of everything that was previously powered by that template. Please check that’s not the case, thanks).
