Recently I registered as an affiliate so that I can add a review of siteorigin to one of my sites. Unfortunately I lost my affiliate details and I can’t find where to login. I want to login in order to get my banners.
Can anyone help me find the affiliate login url.
thanks
Hi Bob
Thanks for reaching out.
SiteOrigin doesn’t currently offer an affiliate program, are you sure you registered on SiteOrigin.com? Any chance you can check your email for the confirmation, that might help find the site you signed up on.
Hi Andrew,
We are currently in contact with a number of companies that provide CMS related products and somewhere along the line I have got my wires crossed. I would like to offer my apologies for the confusion.
We would like to write a review of your excellent Pagebuilder plugin on our New Future site and hope you find our comments both positive and supportive.
No problem at all :)
A review would be most appreciated, if you’re feeling up for it you can write one here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/siteorigin-panels/.
Hi Andrew,
I will certainly write a review on WordPress.org. I did notice that only 8 out of 91 support threads have been marked as resolved in the last two months, is that correct?
Sure :) Our support focus is here on https://siteorigin.com/thread/. At the time of writing, I can see three topics that haven’t received a reply yet, the oldest was posted 6hrs ago. Our premium support is handled via email, we have six email cases open at the moment. We do work threads on WordPress.org whenever; WordPress.org doesn’t yet offer a team setup. Alex and I handle support but only Greg, the author, or the person who posted the thread, can resolve it. The unresolved number on WordPress.org is largely as a result of Greg not making it on there to mark threads resolved.
