Adding video to the main bar

Hello, i need to ask you as I do not see the option … how do i add the video to the main bar as it is on the example page? How do i add .avi file to the website?
I also need to remove search widget. Is it possible?

    Hi Renata

    The Focus home page, both the slider and thumbnails are taken from each post’s featured image. Here is how you can add featured images:

    To add a video to each post, as the demo does, go to a post, scroll down to below the main editor, there you’ll see either the Focus videos plugin or a link to install it. Use that area to add your video.
