Adding text formats to page/post with Vantage and Page Builder

Hi ,

I’m using Page Builder to add text boxes etc. and I’m just experimenting with it before I inevitably buy premium as I love it!
One thing I noticed when using Page Builder was that if I wanted a section of text to be bold, or italics or change the colour of the text, I was unable to change any of these when editing it as a Page (i.e to have the visual/text/page builder options) in text or visual format. When I update the file, it seems to wipe any tags I included in these sections, however it does work if I add these tags in Page Builder format.

Is this just me using it stupidly? I find it easier to edit text like that as I don’t have to open and close the tags, I just use the buttons instead.

    I’m having exactly the same problem and yes I wonder if I’m doing something wrong as well – would like some guidance on how this can be done too

    Hi Mark

    Thanks for running Page Builder. The plugin itself is free with no premium upgrade option, we do however have premium upgrades for our themes.

    It’s not possible to edit Page Builder content via the Visual or Text tabs. Content gets copied over there to help plugins like WordPress SEO. You can disable this functionality from Settings > Page Builder.

    The crucial widget you’re missing is called Visual Editor (widget). To get access to this widget first install: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/. Then in Page Builder click +, search for Visual Editor and insert the widget.

    Hope you find that helpful too David.

    My code is still visible.
    I tried between <div< … without any difference

    var dimensionValue = ‘Besucher’;
    ga(‘set’, ‘dimension1’, dimensionValue);
