Adding CSS to Features Widget

Hello!

I recently changed from the SiteOrigin Button widget to the features widget because of the ability to use an image as a button. I’d like to use hover effects on the image, even display another image on hover so it appears as though the colour changes would be fine as I can use a colour overlay in Photoshop.

Can I use the CSS section in the widget styles to achieve this?
