Adding code to all the pages

Hi, I am using Vantage theme and would like to add some code to all pages and posts (google website translate) and, if necesssary, remove it later. Is there a way to do so without installing third parties plugin? Or maybe you could recommend a plugin that easily add the google web translate feature.
