Added in new plugin – Birchschedule.1.8.1 and the wp-admin produces only blank pages

I cannot go back into wp-admin and deactivate the plugin. Is there an easy way to do this as I am also drawing a blank!
I have a coming soon page on my website so don’t know if going to website will help.
Thank you for any help.

    Please follow these steps to manually de-activate the plugin in question:

    Hello Andrew,

    Thank you for this. I will have it for the next time!! My host provider came to the rescue and sorted it out as I couldn’t remember the password for my cPanel. (haven’t needed to use it since I installed WordPress for my website and installed Vantage theme). Thank you for such a wonderful theme.
