Add text over SiteOrigin Image Widget

By Ilker, 9 years ago. Last reply by Magus, 9 years ago.

Hey,

I am currently using the Image widget provided by Page Builder. I have multiple banner images on my page and they work great on a desktop. I wasn’t sure how to add text over the images so I added the text on photoshop, but they don’t look great when on mobile device. The images are tiny and obviously the text is hardly readable since its an image. How can I add text over the full width stretched images and then adapt the text over them to suit for mobile?

Thanks

    Hi

I have the same question. I have added an image using the SiteOrigin Image Widget. Is there any way to add html text over that image or should I use the text widget and add a background image?

    Hi Ilker

Very sorry about the late reply. We work through a prioritized forum queue, and unfortunately it’s taken us some time to get to your thread.

The best option in this case would be to use either the visual editor or the text widget with a background image set to cover.

Let us know if this helps

    Hi,
i have the same problem. Using the text widget doesn’t work very well.
I was trying to use the title attribut in the widget, but it always appears behind the image.
How can i make the title attribut above the image ?
    Thanks
