Add media jpg issues

Hi

I think I’ve changed a setting and can’t figure out where or what?

I’m adding media to my about page –>
E.g. alignment left, link none, size medium (150×100) –> insert into page–> update.

However, when I view the page the jpg is centered and massively huge losing most of its resolution. e.g.: http://www.maniacalforexmarketreport.com/about/

I’ve tried to edit pic size, change to thumbnail etc but all results in same.

Any suggestions?
