Add another div around the panel row

Hi,
I am using your page builder and was looking to wrap another div around the panel-row. I notice in the siteorigin-panel.php file there is a comment that says “allows other themes and plugins to add html before the row” and another part that says “allows other themes and plugins to add html after the row”. If I could add the opening tag before and closing tag after that would really help.
I have already added custom style to the row in my theme’s functions.php file and was hoping this was possible through the functions file.

    Thanks for your support.

    This functionality is unfortunately fairly technical. We don’t currently have developer documentation of any substance, this particular feature would require documentation to be properly explained. Moving forward there is talk of perhaps crowd funding new aspects of Page Builder. Developer documentation is one of the items that we’re considering using crowd funding for.
