Add 2nd Button to Responsive Menu

I like the responsive menu but is there a way to add a 2nd page link next to the “Menu Button”? There’s a lot of empty space and I’d like to add a link to the “My Account” page.

    Edit: I’d only need this to apply when the smaller screened device is in portrait mode.
