Accord links disappear from the desktop version of the site

Please, please, please help me!

When SiteOrigin CSS is enabled, anchor links disappear from articles. The whole phrases entirely disappear.
When I turn plugin off anchors become visible (but settings disappear, of course).
It is happening in the desktop version of the site. In a mobile version anchor links work constantly.

I don’t know what to do, I hope you’ll help me…
