I don’t know how to say this in your language, but most adustments posibillities does not work.
Only background color works.
I have to change background color and then go to the CSS and remove background color and write my own code.

Padding, margin, etc fields are grey.

Why is that?

    Hi,

Chances are there the selectors you’re using isn’t as specific as something else you’re using – be it a plugin or a theme.

Could you please send me a copy of CSS that isn’t working for you and a link to the relevant page where the CSS is used? I’ll take a look and tell you why it’s not working as desired. If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    Hi,

As you’re a SiteOrigin Premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on this page. Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.

This looks like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue. Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

As you’re not using a SiteOrigin theme, you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
