Could you please merge my two existing accounts? Is that possible?
I realized that I have two accounts on your site and I’m wondering if you could merge them into a single one.
As far as I can remember, a few years ago I bought a premium license for Vantage Theme, but I could not see evidence of my purchase in my order dashboard in both mine accounts
Even more, I would like to understand how the premium subscription is actually working.
It seems that is related to SiteOrigin AddOns rather than Vantage Theme. Am I correct?
I saw that there are two different way:
Yearly Subscription
and
Single Year License
but I’m afraid to tell you that I have some difficulties in order to understand the differences.

SiteOrigin Premium upgrades all of our products – themes and plugins so Vantage is upgraded by SiteOrigin Premium.
The only real difference between a Single Year License and a yearly subscription is that the subscription is an annual subscription (as in, it’s intended for people who wish to have a license for multiple years) while the Single Year is a single year. Does that make sense? I know the differences may seem minor but that’s because they are.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to merge accounts at this time. Would you be okay with us deleting one of the accounts?
