A couple of questions about permalinks and borders
I just got my website up and running and there are a couple of issues, I’m having with it. This is the site countyfeedsupply.com. If you click on a page other than the home page, the address that shows up in the address bar is the url number rather than the name. I have the post name box checked in the permalink settings, but it shows the url number as well. How can I change this to show the web address and the page that is open?
My second question is on the pages such as the product page the photo at the top was inserted as a png file but it shows up with a light border around it. How can I remove it? I’m not terribly savvy when it comes to html and css so a non technical explanation would be very much appreciated. Thanks for any help

3Hi Joseph
Thanks for running Vantage.
It looks like you might be developing on your hosting IP address and not the url. Those settings are under Settings > General.
(Consider first making a backup of your site using the Duplicator plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/, it’s the only plugin that can migrate Page Builder content).
The image shadow and border is an option under Appearance > Customize: Page. Un-check the checkbox for that option there.
Thank you very much for the reply. I was able to remove the border from the images, but I could still use a little help with my other problem. When I decided to do this, the guy we get our hosting from set up WordPress for me and I just designed our site using his settings. The settings were as follows,
WordPress address http://198.1.93.186/~cfsadmin
Site address http://198.1.93.186/~cfsadmin
What do I need to change so that it is correct? I don’t know how to move this so that it works. I’m not that proficient in IT skills, so a non technical explanation would be much appreciated. thanks for all your help
Hi Joseph
Before going further please make two quick backups. Make one using Duplicator plugin and make another – content only using Tools > Export. Just in case.
Head to Settings > General and change your WordPress and Site address over to your domain, the first paragraph here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL discusses the change.
