Live editor appears only for home page

Live editor link appears on the top bar for Home page, but not for any other pages. I am using vantage. There are Edit Home page and Nest to it, Live Editor links, but if I load any other page but Home, there is only Edit page link. When I go to Edit, SiteOrigin toolbar…
