Vantage Upgrade to Version: 1.13 caused conflict with Blog and Post Carousel

Hi there, I’ve just upgraded to wordpress 5.2.2, and vantage Version: 1.13 and there seems to be a problem with my media library and I can’t see my images in the library and they are appearing as broken on the site. Is there a known problem with this upon upgrading? The wordpress upgrade worked fine…
