Content Blocks – Re-arranging to alphabetize

I am using Novark Theme, and am using page builder. I added content blocks with Hootkit and am trying to re-arrange them alphabetically, but when I update the page after moving them over, it reverts back to the prior set up. I am not sure how to fix this issue. Any ideas? I have tried…
