Unabel to edit using Visual editor

I have tried the loads of login disable/enable tests/threads without success, and simply cannot get the Visual tab for editing a page to work or the page-builder tab to show no matter what i try. New pages have the tab fine, editing does not. I am using: WP 5.1.1 Page builder plugin 2.10.2 When i…
