Gutenberg for non-PB pages

I have read some questions and answers on Gutenberg and Page Builder . I understand why my Page Builder pages are using classic, and understand the new page dropdown selection, but I have a number of old pages that are just plain ol’ wordpress (i.e. no Page Builder stuff) and they still seem to use…
