Page Builder tab not showing. Can anyone help? WP: 4.9.8/PageBuilder: 2.9.2

Hi all, I no longer see the “Page Builder” tab I have deactivated all plugins except Page builder, cleared the cache etc, issue still not resolved. WP: 4.9.8 PageBuilder: 2.9.2 Theme Sydney Any help appreciated. Regards Rita
