Post loop not respecting publication date order

hi I have an issue on desktop where post loop is not ordering the posts according bu publication date News posts in the top row seem to be ordered propey while on the second row the oldest post shows up first did anyone experience this? i’ve been trying to fix itbut to no avail mario
