Missing Page Builder Tab in WordPress Pages and Posts

I’ve updated to 2.9.0 and the tab inside a WP page or post is completely missing. There’s no way to enable the drag and drop functionality. I have not updated to Gutenberg as of yet, but wondering if I should?…
